Learners will explore various visualization techniques to overcome creative barriers, incorporating both convergent and divergent thinking. The course covers essential topics, including innovative thinking, research methods, quick data analysis, and effective use of digital tools. Participants will also focus on coordinating with team members, creating implementation plans, and evaluating the impact of new ideas and improvements on workplace processes.
