This course is about using common digital applications to work more efficiently. For example, you will learn to take a video on a smartphone to update work progress, or make a simple video to escalate feedback, or use other collaborative tools to report work incidents.

Hands-on Training

You will produce 2 Work-Related Projects which you can use immediately at your workplace:

• An Infographic on In-Person Communication Etiquette
