In this intermediate course, participants will be enabled to show sensitivity towards differences in values, beliefs, and behaviours across diverse groups through affirmative actions. They will also learn to communicate with empathy irrespective of the channel as well as to respond instead of reacting to triggers and making concerted efforts to appreciate commonalities and differences. Learners will get acquainted to essential topics such as cultural intelligence, overcoming diversity in workplace, social psychology, and group dynamics concepts. The program covers effective team communication methods, strategies to manage unconscious biases and how to facilitate healthy and respectful conversations to ensure diversity and inclusivity in the composition of work teams and within the organization.
